The law firm of JUDr. Eva Winklerová, based at Zelený pruh 52, 14700 Prague 4, is a small law firm providing legal services covering nearly the entire rule of law, particularly in the fields listed in the "What we offer" section.
The law firm was founded in 1996 (formerly, since 1990, it provided legal services under the name of Komerční kancelář) and specialized in business law; the firm later extended its services to other fields as well. After the firm was split in 1999, a part of the firm relocated from Prague 1 to the current address in Prague 4. Our clients include especially those who do not seek firms -- corporate giants with many employees -- but prefer individual and straightforward service for a reasonable price.
Each case has its own specifics and we search for the best solution for you. Our goal is to fully understand our clients’ issues and provide them with perfect legal services at a professional level. Hence our firm prefers longer term cooperation with clients, which allows us to acquire detailed knowledge of the issues each client faces. However, we also do not avoid one-off provision of legal services. The firm is a member of the RATIO LEGIS international network of business lawyers, which allows us, in cases with an international element, to use for our clients a foreign cooperating lawyer with knowledge of the local laws and conditions in the country where the counterparty or competent court for the case is based. The members of the RATIO LEGIS network are particularly European law firms, but we also have members in the USA, Brazil, Argentina and Morocco.
