Disputes that have been won need to be brought to a successful conclusion.

If you already have a final court decision and the liable party still has not paid or fulfilled his obligations imposed by the final decision, you have no choice but to file a petition for enforcement of the decision, preferably with the designation of a private distrainer who will handle the case. If we already represented you in the previous proceedings, we file the petition for distraint upon agreement with the client automatically; if this was not the case, we can represent you only in the distraint proceedings.

Our legal system already allows for effective action against the liable party.
